The path to success
Consultation
Based on your needs, we design experiments to set up the foundation of success
First we want to understand exactly what you need. So, what are your application requirements and product specifications? Are you facing any scheduling challenges, and what are your ROI considerations?
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we'll suggest some experiments we can run to collect data and analyze it. This will help us design a tool that's perfectly tailored to meet your requirements and set you up for success.
Outcome:
A design of experiments (DOE) will be proposed to you along with an outline of the 360-Mastery-Methodology for your program.
Experiments via the 360-Mastery Methodology
Conduct design of experiments to determine the optimal laser machine configuration
This is a 3-phased experimental and collaborative approach designed to mitigate the risks specific to your project.
Phase A: Select the right laser for the job
Phase B: Make your part to spec
Phase C: Qualify for manufacuturing
Outcome:
We report back on our results. Based on our analysis, we determine the optimal machine configuration. We then provide you with an estimate for the laser machine that will fit your application requirements and product specifications.
Design and build your tool
Getting you the right tool for your job
Our machines are designed with a platform-based approach, which allows us to offer you some cost and time savings. Once you've accepted our estimate and provided a Purchase Order, we'll begin the tool design process. Our team will work closely with you throughout the process, conducting design reviews and ensuring your approval before we deliver the finished tool directly to you.
Outcome:
You get the tool you need for the job that meets your technical, business and manufacturing needs.
